Donate to Survivors Of Suicide

Survivors Of Suicide sponsors the yearly Conference in November and supports other community activities that involve comforting those who have suffered a loss of a loved one by suicide or suicide prevention. We rely heavily on personal donations. We are currently not organized as a tax-deductible group. You can donate to Hospice of Wake County which is a tax-deductible organization and indicate that you would like the money to go toward the Triangle SOS (Survivors Of Suicide) group.

Memorial Gifts

Triangle SOS accepts Memorial Gifts and gifts in honor of friends and family. We will send a card acknowledging your gift to the appropriate person. Please include the name and address of the designated person.

For Memorial Gifts, provide send the following information:

• Address of donor
• Phone number(s) of donor
• Name of the deceased
• Relationship to donor
• Relationship to person notified of gift
• Person notified: Name, Address
